Our goat milk is sold raw — never pasteurized, never homogenized. That means all the natural enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and nutrients stay intact, exactly as nature intended.
Goat milk is naturally easier to digest than cow's milk, with smaller fat globules and a protein structure closer to human breast milk. Many people who struggle with conventional dairy find goat milk to be a welcome change.
