Organ Mountain Goat Dairy was founded with a straightforward mission: give the Las Cruces community access to fresh, locally produced raw goat milk — directly from the farm, with no middlemen and no industrial processing.
We're a small-scale, family-run operation. That means every jar of milk comes from goats we know by name, raised on our land in the shadow of the Organ Mountains in the Chihuahuan Desert.
When you order from us, you're not buying from a corporation. You're buying from a family that cares deeply about the quality of what they produce and the community they serve.

Our farm sits at the base of the Organ Mountains in Doña Ana County — one of the most distinctive landscapes in the American Southwest. The Chihuahuan Desert environment shapes everything about how we farm and how our goats live.
We named our dairy after the Organ Mountains because they're a constant presence on our land — a reminder of the deep roots this region has in agriculture and community.
